We believe that children are a gift of God, and that they need a loving, nurturing environment in which to grow and develop.
We believe that young children learn best through play and hands-on activities, along with a developmental program that meets the emotional, social, academic, and physical needs of the child.
Our program begins at birth and continues through 2.5 years. We realize every family is unique in its own way and try to meet every families individual needs. Our staff tries to meet each child's developmental needs through play, singing, large and small motor skills, and reading. We also work on baby sign language. Staff members use the Ages and Stages program to keep track of each child's development progress. Our staff works closely with each parent to keep children on a projected feeding and nap schedule. A weekly record is posted listing feeding times and amounts, naps, and diaper changes.
Before/After School Program
We provide child care before and after school for children ages 5 through 12. We also provide care on delay and school closing days. After school your child will enjoy a healthy snack and have the chance to work on homework. They will also have daily organized games or crafts to participate in. Once a week we will offer group lessons on seasonal sports. Some of the sports include golf, T-ball, soccer, basketball, flag football, and volleyball.
We are licensed by the State of Michigan, and we comply with all the requirements for the operation of a child care center; ages birth through twelve years.
